[Tactic Basics] "ON/ OFF THE BALL Movement of Preferred Move" summary

On the ball movement

- Pass -

Tries killer balls often
- Usually the forward direction(It must go through between defenders.)
- recommended direction : LFB ↖ LCB(by RWF/ DLF/ RWB)
- recommended direction : RCB ↗ RFB(by LWF/ DLF/ LWB)
- recommended direction : LCB ↗ RCB(by LRCM)

Plays one-twos
- The ball returns to the player with the Preferred Move.
- Proper use helps to maintain possession.

Looks for pass not shot
- Literally, It seems not bad.

Plays no through balls
- It is usually necessary in a position where it should proceed in the horizontal direction.
- It should be pretty well designed.

Tries long range passes
- Usually, a defensive midfielder and a wing-back(1 of 2) are in charge.
- It is also possible that the midfielder is in charge of long-pass and the striker is in charge of switching(pass into space). quite useful.

Likes to switch ball to other flank
- A team that uses the stadium widely : 2~3 Player setting
- A team that uses a narrow stadium : 1~2 Player setting

Penalty Box player
- It appear passing game between Forward and Midfielder around the penalty area.
- You can catch the characteristic aspect of Manchester City or Liverpool in final third.

Cross Early
- Literally, It seems bad.(It is too early to come out.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Off the ball movement

- Penetration -

Gets into oppositioin area
- Literally, You can see that Full-Back goes to the end line.

Moves into channels
- Penetration or standing between defenders(Including dribbling between defenders.)

Get forward whenever possible
- Positions that don't immediately penetrate can also be sent forward.

Likes to try to beat offside trap
- I can not judge whether the result is good.

Arrives late in opposition area
- Basic movement of the midfielder(such as mezzala-side support type)
- When the striker is fitted, a shadow movement is produced.

Stay back at all times
- Basic movement of the defender
- Likewise, it can be strategically applied.

Hugs line
- Basic movement of the Full-back(It can enhance the appearance frequency.)

- Defence -

Marks opponent tightly
- Basic movement of the DM(It can enhance the appearance frequency.)
- Likewise, it can be strategically applied.(E.g attacker)

Dives into tackles
- Sliding tackle comes out.
- Likewise, it can be strategically applied.(E.g FB all/ CM 1 of 3/ CB 1 of 2)

Does not dive into tackles
- Standing tackle comes out.
- Likewise, it can be strategically applied.(E.g Attacker all/ CM 2 of 3/ CB 1 of 2)

Winds up opponent
- The efficiency is really good.
- Movement to push opponent comes out.(No cards ball-winning scene come out)

Bring Ball out of Defense
- I'm not sure.

- Free Roles -

Comes deep to get ball
- It is necessary for build-up linkage.
- Temporary(Variably) attacking formation study, it is absolutely necessary. because there is a tendency to be first connected to a downward striker.

Plays with back to goal
- I thought it was originally a PM for an attacker. However, defenders and midfielders with good headings level are also quite useful.
- It is sent as if it passes by heading.
- Connections between strikers improve.

c.f. If you include the above at Advanced Forward, you can see the movement of Deep Lying Forwrd and the movement of False9.
c.f. AF is fine in CA scene, but not good in EA scene. you can adjust(improve) for connectivity(Helpful pass link) at penalty area.(AF + DLF + False9)
